（1）肢體的動態調整實際上，人體并不存在純粹靜止的行為狀態，骨骼、肌肉、筋及關節等都在適時地進行調整，人即使坐著也會不斷地變換姿勢，“與其說坐是一種休息姿勢，莫如說改變坐姿的變換過程才是真正意義上的休息” ，人在站立時，也通常會變換左右腳的支撐點來改變身體重心和腿足的承重力，即使在睡眠時，人的臥姿也存在著間斷性的調整和變化（如圖5-17）。這些肢體的動態調整體現出人的內在生理結構尋求舒適性和自然狀態的過程，因此在家具設計中盡量適應這種動態行為或根據這種動態行為進行相應的造型設計，則有益于家具和人的肢體的契合。
