「 Design & Appeal | 設計&訴求?」

本案開始是甜蜜的新婚小夫妻兩，結束時是幸福的一家三口，在設計階段中，業主家迎來了一件喜事，業主小姐姐有了寶寶。等寶寶出生父母會來照顧。4個大人，新生小寶寶，家里還有三只小寵物，小小的空間，需要大大的功能。

需要兩間臥室， 盡可能多的儲藏空間，要有能夠工作的空間。寶寶的來臨，空間就更加需要多的舒適、儲藏寶寶的所需功能空間。

改造點：

1.入戶收納空間少。

2.廚房空間操作臺面少。

3.客餐廳空間不理想。

4.過道需要儲藏空間。

5.希望陽臺與客廳打通，生活陽臺與休閑陽臺區分開。

6.主臥室需要衣帽間又要有工作的空間。

7.主內衛需要增加浴缸 。

8.有了寶寶需要獨立的洗衣機。

改動：

1.增加鞋帽柜收納空間，鞋柜、餐邊柜、電視柜的延伸使餐廳與客廳更具延展性。

2. 增加廚房空間，改變廚房門位置，增加了廚房電器的必要空間 收納空間操作臺面也增多了。

3. 拆除陽臺移門改變門洞造型貫通客餐廳陽臺空間，空間延伸。

4. 過道增加了儲藏柜，定制淺色柜子增加視野空間感。

5. 生活陽臺與休閑陽臺之間利用玻璃移門隔開空間。生活陽臺原有個空調外機空間，增加寵物的小窩。

6. 主臥室與北面臥室格局做了調整，增加了衣帽間與書房空間。

7. 主內衛也調整布局增加了日式小浴缸。

8. 有寶寶后外增加了掛壁式迷你洗衣機。

門廳?

在入戶處設置兩組柜體，減輕客廳的儲物負擔。

奶白柜體與藤編門板的結合，連接電視柜的延伸，增加了更多的收納空間，也讓客廳清爽起來。

白色頂部、米色墻面搭配奶油亞光地磚，打造空間質感。

客廳

陽光穿過半透的簾幕開啟簡單的美好。

燕麥色劃分界限 ，讓每一片空間都分明圍合起來。

零散的家具便構成一塊清雅生態。

The sun passes through the semi-transparent curtain to open the simple beauty.

The oat color division boundary, so that every piece of space is clearly enclosed.

Scattered furniture will constitute a piece of elegant ecology.

純粹的色調設計上增加獨特的翻頁造型，加與光源增色的溫暖. 吊頂簡單也不失單調，戶型造型上下呼應。每個陽角面都做了弧形面處理，滿滿柔和感。

陽臺內包讓客廳不被拘束在一個小方框里。

The pure tonal design adds a unique page-turning shape, and adds warmth to the color of the light source. The ceiling is simple and monotonous, and the house shape echoes up and down. Each positive Angle surface is made of curved surface processing, full of soft feeling.

The balcony envelope allows the living room not to be confined to a small box.

墜下的餐廳吊燈將焦點聚于餐桌上。

廚房

入戶門口的廚房做了改造，進門左手邊就是廚房，改造格局移動墻體，擴大廚房面積，打造更合理的操作臺，料理更加方便，高柜區輕松容納廚房電器。

廚房設計外懸掛式移門，空間不浪費，素色地磚客餐廳廚房通鋪，空間更連貫。

The kitchen at the entrance door has been transformed. The kitchen is on the left hand side of the door. The mobile wall has been transformed to expand the kitchen area, create a more reasonable operating platform, make cooking more convenient, and the high cabinet area can easily accommodate kitchen appliances.

主臥室

?

臥室布局干凈，帶給人純粹的心境。
也摒棄了傳統的衣柜設計造型，做了橫排衣柜，臥室空間可以放下嬰兒床。

吊頂也增加一點弧形面窗簾箱造型。

Cloakroom

衣帽間

?

衣帽間的設計也放棄了傳統木質衣柜，定制成品金屬儲物架，可以自由排放，無底柜設計也方便儲藏收納。門板也改做了棉麻簾子，經濟實惠、美觀 ，也增加了業主所需的工作空間。

不同光源的善用讓平淡背景也綻放光彩。

軟配上換了米色窗簾。

現在小寶寶出生了，業主父母也過來暫時居住照顧寶寶，等寶寶大了以后可以考慮做獨立的兒童房。

衛生間

主內衛增加日式小浴缸 方便寶寶洗澡。

外衛生間考慮原空間比較小，整體用了淺素色的墻地磚，潔具都是極簡風格。

有了寶寶增加了好看獨立懸掛式小洗衣機（施工前提前預埋了管子所以電線下水隱藏）
