奶油風憑借著溫柔、治愈的特點贏得了眾多年輕人的喜歡，要想打造一個高顏值的“奶油風”氛圍就要從材質、造型、燈光以及配色這四個方面著手。

「 Design & Appeal | 設計&訴求?」

本案是一對非常年輕的臺灣夫妻，帶全家常熟這邊生活。所以在功能上希望能滿足兒女父母六口之家的功能需求，對于收納與儲物功能非常重視，希望未來的新家具備強大的收納功能，所有的東西都能有地方去收攏。房間要更顯淺色溫馨，每一處都有亮點！

1.入正門正對著主臥房門（風水上不故事大綱怎么寫是很好）

2. 中央的廚房空間格局不夠理想

3. 餐廳功能性不夠多

4. 南北陽臺空間不夠飽滿

改動：

1.改變主臥室房門位置，改善入戶之間對著房門問題。

2. 中央的廚房擴大空間，操作臺面增加高低操作臺面，更符合人體學。

3. 西廚與餐廳利用北陽臺空間增加操作臺面、增加島臺與餐桌結合擴大餐廚空間。

4. 南北陽臺貫通客、餐廳空間，增加整體功能空間，互動性更強。

5. 改變臥室空間格局增加儲藏功能。

6. 拆除非承重墻體，使兒童房空間增加。利用通透玻璃和霧化玻璃的交換，增加空間靈動感。

The hall

門廳

門廳鞋帽柜，功能增加，懸空柜下拖鞋好收納。掛衣板、穿衣鏡、換鞋凳方便又實用。穿插式抽屜柜既有設計感又有功能性，還能放鑰匙口罩消毒液。貫穿頂部木飾面吊頂與墻面木飾面吊頂相呼應，墻面線性燈的設計，增加氛圍感。

主臥改變格局后，避開入戶門對房門的不好風水格局，增加走廊盡頭半通透感玄關背景，設計感拉滿。

The lobby shoes and hats cabinet has increased functions, and the slippers under the suspended cabinet are easy to store. Clothes hanging board, dressing mirror and shoes changing stool are convenient and practical. The plug-in drawer cabinet not only has a sense of design and functionality, but also can hold the key mask disinfectant. The wood facing ceiling running through the top echoes with the wood facing ceiling on the wall. The design of linear lights on the wall increases the sense of atmosphere.

After changing the layout of the master bedroom, avoid the bad feng shui pattern of door to door, increase the semi transparent porch background at the end of the corridor, and make the design feel full.

The sittng room

整案設計：采用暖色調為主，干凈溫馨，客廳以半環繞式動線擺放，茶幾、單人沙發椅，聊天、看書的地方，孩子的玩樂，電玩游戲，作為全家互動玩樂放松身心的區域。

The design of the whole case: warm colors are mainly used, which are clean and warm. The living room is placed in a semi surround dynamic line. The coffee table, single sofa chair, places for chatting and reading, children's play, and video games are used as the areas for family interaction and relaxation.

整排電視柜設計，打造超多功能的收納空間，孩子的游戲機，鏤空柜面方便寶貝換取游戲卡，收納柜又能儲藏大量玩具和書籍。

廚房半敞開式的設計，利用吊柜式玻璃移門，打開時，整個廚房也打開，關閉中廚炒菜阻隔油煙，效果更明亮。

The whole row of TV cabinets are designed to create an ultra multi-functional storage space. The children's game machine has a hollowed out cabinet, which is convenient for babies to exchange game cards. The storage cabinet can also store a large number of toys and books.

連貫陽臺空間，因為家中還有兩只貓主人，所以便專為貓主子設計了獨立的貓舍空間，玩樂休息一體，多余的空間還有居家清掃和工具收納功能。收納柜做無底柜設計，收放掃地拖地一體機。上柜是方便收納清掃用品的工具柜。

There are two cat owners in the house, so we have designed an independent cat house space for the cat owners, which integrates play and rest. The spare space also has the functions of home cleaning and tool storage. The storage cabinet is designed as a bottomless cabinet, and the sweeping and mopping machine can be put in and out. The upper cabinet is a tool cabinet for convenient storage of cleaning supplies.

餐廳

?

西廚與餐廳做了餐廚一體化，拉近了與客廳的距離，也使得整體空間貫通性。利用北陽臺融入餐廳增大空間設計，大大增加了西廚的操作臺面，左側一整排的收納柜、餐邊柜，完全滿足六口之家的餐廳收納。

The western kitchen and the dining room are integrated, which shortens the distance from the living room and makes the overall space coherent. The north balcony is integrated into the dining room to increase the space design, which greatly increases the operating platform of the western kitchen. A whole row of storage cabinets and sideboards on the left fully meet the requirements of the dining room of a family of six.

The kitchen

廚房

?

廚房半敞開式的設計，利用吊柜式玻璃移門，打開時，整個廚房也打開，關閉中廚炒菜阻隔油煙，效果更明亮。

The kitchen is designed as a semi open type, using a pendant glass sliding door. When it is opened, the whole kitchen will also be opened, and the cooking in the middle kitchen will be closed to block the lampblack. The effect will be brighter.

?

陽臺打通客廳，因為女主人的工作需求，為其打造一個開放式獨立工作室，超大工作臺面，工作用具收納空間，連貫生活陽臺收納柜。平排是洗衣烘干機收納空間。隱藏式升降晾衣架，無處不在的設計。

The balcony opens the living room. Because of the work needs of the hostess, we will create an open independent studio, a large worktable, a storage space for working tools, and a storage cabinet for the living balcony. Flat row is the storage space of the laundry dryer. The hidden lifting clothes hanger is designed everywhere.

Aisle Guard

?過道 外衛

設計上擴大了過道尺寸，使得過道寬敞，吊頂為拱形式古堡頂設計，僅用一根線性燈光貫穿整屋過道光線，又增加滿滿設計感。

原主臥改變格局后，避開入戶門對房門的不好風水格局。走廊盡頭增加玄關設計。

打破外衛格局，設計干濕分離。運用油砂玻璃的透光感，增加室內光線，調整格局后增加雙臺盆，兩個孩子再也不用爭搶刷牙了。

In the design, the size of the corridor is expanded to make the corridor spacious. The suspended ceiling is designed as an arched castle roof. Only a linear light is used to penetrate the corridor light of the whole house, which adds a sense of full design.

After the original master bedroom changed its layout, it avoided the bad feng shui pattern of door to door. A porch design is added at the end of the corridor.

Break the pattern of sanitation and design dry wet separation. The light transmission sense of oil sand glass is used to increase the indoor light. After adjusting the pattern, double basins are added, so that two children no longer have to compete for brushing their teeth.

Master bedroom

主臥室

整屋奶白色色系，采用造型的結構連接，強調整個空間的整體感。床頭木飾面，簡潔質樸的原木設計，連接衣帽間、百葉移門增加層次感。床尾整排衣柜又增加收納空間，不僅美觀實用，更為淺色系為主的臥室植入一個焦點，提升了空間整體的美感。主臥增加儲藏衣帽空間，獨特梳妝臺設計，一邊收納化妝品，一邊連貫過道設計，半透明玻璃增加整體設計感。

The whole house is in milky white color, which is connected by the modeling structure, emphasizing the overall sense of the whole space. The bedside wood veneer, simple and plain log design, connects the cloakroom and shutter sliding door to increase the sense of hierarchy. The whole row of wardrobe at the end of the bed also increases the storage space, which is not only beautiful and practical, but also a focus for the light color bedroom, which improves the overall aesthetic feeling of the space. The master bedroom increases the space for storing clothes and hats. The unique dresser is designed to store cosmetics while connecting aisles. Translucent glass increases the overall design sense.

主內衛

大板集成吊頂＋筒燈組合，映射的奶油素色磚散發著自然的光澤，素色磚鋪貼的墻面簡潔又富有層次感。干濕分離方式，時刻保持干爽整潔的環境，四分離設計：雙臺盆、浴缸、智能馬桶、獨立淋浴空間，大大增加浴室滿促感！

The integrated ceiling+downlight combination of the big board gives off a natural luster to the cream plain bricks, and the wall paved with plain bricks is simple and layered. The dry and wet separation method can keep the environment dry and clean at all times. The four separation design: double basins, bathtubs, intelligent closestool, and independent shower space can greatly increase the feeling of fullness in the bathroom!

Children's room

兒童房

女兒房簡單柔和的奶油色彩搭配更能讓人靜下心來，適合休息。床頭嵌入式石膏壁燈設計與墻體形成呼應，讓臥室空間更具簡約的線條感。

洞洞板書桌處做了霧化玻璃設計，與客廳聯動，即有互動性又有隱蔽性。

男孩房采用一并的簡約設計，色彩搭配，軟配的協調給空間帶來溫馨與愜意。

The simple and soft cream color matching in the daughter's room can make people calm down, which is suitable for rest. The design of the bedside embedded gypsum wall lamp echoes with the wall, making the bedroom space more simple and linear.

Atomized glass design is made at the desk of the cave, which is linked with the living room, both interactive and hidden.

The boy's room adopts a simple design, color matching and soft matching coordination to bring warmth and comfort to the space.

Old people's room

入戶左手為老人房，采用隱形門嵌入式軟件開發設計，米白色木飾面連貫電視柜背景。

The left hand side of the house is the old people's room, which is designed with an invisible door. The beige wood veneer is connected to the background of the TV cabinet.
